Tour Overview
Panna has a character of its own. The Vindhyan landscape breaks the forest into gorges, ravines, plateau edges and rocky escarpments, while the Ken River runs through the heart of the reserve. This terrain creates a different setting for wildlife photography, with rock faces, river valleys and open stretches providing backgrounds that differ from the flatter forests of Central India.
Panna also has one of India's most remarkable tiger conservation stories. By 2009, the reserve had lost its entire tiger population. Tigers were subsequently brought in from Kanha and Bandhavgarh, allowing the population to rebuild. Today, Panna has an established breeding population, making the reserve an important example of successful wildlife conservation.
The wildlife here extends well beyond tigers. Leopards, sloth bears, chinkara and chousingha inhabit the drier plateau country, while the cliffs support vultures and a variety of raptors. The Ken River adds another layer to the experience, with opportunities to observe mugger and gharial. Seven safaris across four nights give you time to explore both the riverine stretches and the higher plateau.

Payment Terms
30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your spot. This deposit ensures your reservation is locked in.
70% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 60 days before the scheduled start date of the tour.
100% of the total tour cost is required at least 30 days before the start date of the tour.

- The 30% upfront deposit made towards securing your booking is non-refundable.
- 40% of the total tour cost will be refunded in the form of a credit note if notified between 60 to 30 days before the scheduled start date.
- Cancellation within less than 30 days of the tour start date or failure to show up will result in 100% of the tour cost being charged as cancellation fee.
