Welcome to The Wild Terrain’s ‘Leopard Hills of India’ tour, a 3-night and 4-day adventure in the Jawai region, known for its stunning natural beauty and wildlife. The tour is perfect for anyone who loves nature, wildlife, and photography.
Stay in a deluxe room on a twin-sharing basis at one of the 3-star properties Beragarh or Jawai Pugmark, during the tour. Be picked up and dropped off at the Udaipur airport or railway station and provided with all meals during your stay.
One of the main highlights of this tour is the 6 safaris in Jawai. Have the opportunity to witness leopards in their natural habitat, as well as enjoy the sight of migratory birds near the Jawai Dam. Our trained guide and photography assistance will accompany you both on and off the field, to ensure that you make the most of this unforgettable experience.
In addition to the wildlife safaris, also get the chance to participate in a star-gazing and astro photography session. Jawai’s clear and dark skies provide the perfect backdrop for this magical sight. This activity will take place in the evenings after your return from the game drives.
On the first day, we will pick you up before 11 AM from Udaipur and transfer you to our Jawai camp. You may reach Udaipur either on the same morning or a day early, in which case, the cost of accommodation will be additional. If you arrive early, you could explore the city of lakes, visit the City Palace, or enjoy boating in Pichola Lake (additional costs may apply, but we can arrange assistance and the required arrangements for you). Once you arrive at the Jawai camp, we will gather to discuss the tour plan and schedule for the next few days. You will then go for an evening game drive before returning to the camp for dinner and rest.
On the second and third days, have the opportunity to participate in both morning and evening game drives, and an astro photography session after returning to the camp.
On the final day, go for a morning safari before checking out and being dropped off at the Udaipur airport for your flight back home.

- This Tour is for anyone and everyone of minimum age 18 (unless accompanied by parent) and are enthusiastic about wildlife, nature and/or photography.
- If you are a beginner in wildlife photography and/or a photography enthusiast looking to sharpen your photography skills, this is a perfect tour for you. Take advantage of our Mentor, who will share the tricks and trades of Wildlife photography on and off the field.
- If you are a non-photographer but a nature-lover, you could enjoy the company of like-minded people and knowledge of our Mentor cum Naturalist and take home wealth of Wildlife knowledge from this Tour.
