This tour is open to anybody and everyone who is at least 18 years old (unless they are accompanied by a parent) and passionate about wildlife, the outdoors, and/or photography.
This is the ideal tour for you if you are new to wildlife photography or a photography enthusiast wishing to improve your skills. Profit from our mentor’s knowledge in wildlife photography techniques both on and off the field.
Even if you aren’t a photographer but adore the outdoors, you can still benefit from this tour’s richness of wildlife information by hanging out with like-minded individuals and learning from our mentor naturalist.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 (June 01, 2024)

Your adventure begins with a pickup from Raipur Airport, whisking you away to our welcoming camp in Kanha.
After settling in, we meet-and-greet to provide an overview of the exciting days ahead and what to expect.
Open discussion about wildlife and photography.
For those eager to dive into the wilderness right away, optional nature walk or a thrilling night safari can be arranged.
Overnight stay in the camp.

Day 2, 3, 4 (June 02 - June 04, 2024)

Start the day with an early morning safari in Kanha, packed breakfast included.
Return to camp for lunch and relaxation.
Head out for the evening safari, exploring the park’s diverse zones.
Evening debrief at camp to discuss the day’s sightings, share images, and receive feedback.
Overnight stay in the camp.

Day 5 (June 05, 2024)

Embark on a final morning safari in Kanha.
Return to camp for checkout.
Depart Kanha with a drop-off at Raipur airport for those ending their journey, or continue to Bandhavgarh with us.
Arrive at Bandhavgarh by dinner time for an overnight stay.

Day 6 & 7 (June 06 - June 07, 2024)

Morning and evening safaris in Bandhavgarh, aiming for the best wildlife viewing and photography opportunities.
Spend leisure time at the camp between safaris, with all meals provided.
Evening sessions to share experiences and photographs from the day.
Overnight stay in the camp.

Day 8 (June 08, 2024)

Enjoy one last morning safari in Bandhavgarh.
Return to the camp for checkout procedures.
Conclude your adventure with a transfer back to Raipur airport, carrying memories and photographs to cherish.

What is excluded in this Tour package

Travel to and from Raipur: Flights or other transportation costs to reach Raipur Airport are not included in the package.
Visa Fees: Any visa fees required for entry into India must be arranged and paid for by the participants.
Personal Insurance: Travel insurance and personal insurance covering health, accident, loss, and travel mishaps are not included.
Optional Activities: Charges for optional activities not included in the tour itinerary, such as additional nature walks or night safaris, are to be borne by the participants.
Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses incurred during the tour, such as laundry, souvenirs, and other incidental expenses, are not covered.
Additional Meals and Beverages: While all main meals are included, any extra meals, snacks, or beverages outside of the provided breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are not covered. This also applies to alcoholic beverages.
Tips and Gratuities: Tips for guides, drivers, and camp staff are not included in the package price and are left to the discretion of the participants.
Medical Expenses: Any medical expenses incurred during the trip, including medication, consultations, and treatments, are not covered.

How is my accommodation during the Tour?

Comfort and Authenticity: You’ll be staying in well-appointed camps located strategically near Kanha and Bandhavgarh National Parks. These accommodations have been chosen for their authentic charm, offering a genuine wilderness experience without compromising on comfort.

Twin-Sharing Basis: Accommodations are provided on a twin-sharing basis, allowing you to enjoy your stay with a fellow traveler or a friend. If you’re traveling solo and wish to have a room to yourself, please let us know in advance; note that this may incur an additional single supplement fee.

Amenities: Your comfort is our priority. The camps are equipped with essential modern amenities such as comfortable beds, clean linens, private bathrooms with hot and cold water, and areas to relax and unwind after a day of safaris.

Safety and Eco-friendliness: Safety measures are in place to ensure a worry-free stay in the wilderness, including trained staff and guides.

Payment Terms

30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your spot. This deposit ensures your reservation is locked in.

70% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 60 days before the scheduled start date of the tour.

100% of the total tour cost is required at least 30 days before the start date of the tour.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. Please be aware of our cancellation and refund policy below:

The 30% upfront deposit made towards securing your booking is non-refundable.
40% of the total tour cost will be refunded in the form of a credit note, if notified between 60 to 30 days before the scheduled start date.
Cancellation within less than 30 days of the tour start date or failure to show up will result in 100% of the tour cost being charged as cancellation fee.
